Some pics of my junkyard turbo setup! Just completed
Drove it to work for the first time today. Took me 2 days to install, working a few hours a night after work.
I used the following parts: A small tbo3 turbo from a saab 900 (cost: $11.00), custom welded downpipe, volvo BOV (cost: $3.00), 2" i.d. radiator hose and various clamps and connectors (cost: under $60.00), no intercooler as of yet, 92+ civic half radiator (cost: traded for B18a rods), various t's and line connectors, 450 DSM injectors w/ modified grommets (cost: $3.00), Apexi vafc (cost: $300), and the manifold i bought from Michael Pham, who is a member here. I dont remember his H-T name, but he was more than willing to arange shipping, and was great to deal with. I recommend getting one of these manis from him.

I used a rotary rasp on a drill, could be done just as easily with a dremel.
As far as the manifold, Its even nicer in person, nice welds and all. Cant beat the price. Here is a post with them for sale: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=147764
Great guy to deal with

That car looks funny! It even has a racing stripe on the side view mirrors! By the way, that is a a penny saver turbo set up you got going there.

Talk about a sleeper! I think you probably get the prize for the best speed/dollar ratio.
What'd you do about intake piping and filter?

The charge pipes are mostly 2" radiator hose.
didnt purchase an airfilter yet, just praying i dont suck in a rock.
Its a hell of a lot faster than it was, thats for sure. I was getting a little stumbling when vtec hit, so for now i just disabled it. I'm using the vafc mod for fuel controll, and so far its working beautifully. I'm only running an indicated .20 kg/cm2 of boost on the vafc, which equates to about 2.x psi. I have to adjust the wastegate actuator rod on the turbo, and finish up all the hose routing and things. Just got it done at 2am last night, so i didnt even have time to clean it.

Yep, same motor. For now anyways
And the wastegate, internal. Just have a plate over the flange.
That damn volvo bov actually sounds half decent. Not too loud, but noticable.
