solution-oil return?

I recently pulled apart my oil return line setup to start from scratch. However, when I removed the drain flange from the turbo itself, the gasket refused to come off and is sealed onto the turbo. Before I attempt to remove the gasket from the turbo via razor blade, is there any type of sealant I can use between the gasket and the drain flange that will hold and not leak oil? I apologize because these pics are quite big and blurry but anyway, heres what I've got:
