i'm building a similar rad. setup in my ef, using a griffin radiator for a sccirrocco. tucked under the rad support thinger.

ok seems like no one knows? whats a good, decent not to pricey manifold for the d16?

Spoolin Performance, Full Race,Lovefab,Peakboost,Neukin they all make D-series Manifolds.There are also a pile of other companies that make Manifolds also like Drag,Rev Hard,Greddy,Edelbrock,Apex-i,do a search and you'll see for yourself how many options you have when it comes to turbo manifolds 
.As for that manifold in the pic,it looks like a custom made manifold.
