Run your oil line BEFORE you tap the pan, that way you will know exactly where to put the tap in order for it to just pop right on without any issues.

Russel sells a weldless 10an oil return that works great. You remove the pan and drill a 5/8 hole for the return and two small holes for the bolts and thread the bolts into the fitting from the backside of the pan.Works well and great if you dont have a welder. The bolts provided are double the length they need to be so you chop the extra off locking them in place. Its parts number 697090.I put some permenant strength locitite for good measure
Edit - watch the bolt holes for the pan and try to move the return to the side a little so you can still get the bolt in after you have installed it.

Just be carefull not to get to close to the top like I did here! It caused a nasty leak that took some time to fix. Now everything is good. Also you don't have to weld a bung like I did but it is an option, although now mine is permanent thanks to Quick steel.
