sohc 300 - 400whp, what parts besides engine >>
sohc motor.
what else besides engine upgrades are needed.
550cc injectors good enough ?
standard walbro fuel pump upgrade ?
engine mounts ? ( Currently stock with energy suspension inserts )
Axels ? , i know if im lauching all the time stock will break, but what about just for daily drivability.
anything else,

yea im doing a full rebuild, and this time getting her sleeved. either benson or AEBS.
not sure yet.
so that walbro upgrade whould be fine then. ?

I would go with 72lb just to be safe.
I also would run aftermarket axles. I broke two stock ones this summer. One launching the other during massive thrid gear wheel hop.

I would go with 72lb just to be safe.
I also would run aftermarket axles. I broke two stock ones this summer. One launching the other during massive thrid gear wheel hop.

Stock water and oil pump would be fine. There are some mods you can make to the stock oil pump to make it flow better. I can find the link when I get home.

also over 300whp i would go with a good MSD setup, or something to control ur ingintion timing and what not, Hondata S200 with boost option and a 3 bar
or urberdata or chrome, something on the lines, of a standalone, AEM EMS if ur a baller
Also ur going to need some Tranny work, the shorting gears of a y8 tranny is good, but if u want it to hold up, look into getting carbon coated sinkros and a stage 3 or a 6 puck or 4 puck clutch with a 10 to 12 pound flywhell, gator stage 2 axels should be good
extended studs for mounting slicks is also a great upgrade
Big Front mount Intercooler, for up to 400whp
Mount Mounts, JimFab or Inserts should be alright
u can also look into trackson bars, with that much power, wheel hop is going to happen, i installed my omni power full coilovers and it took some of the wheel hop out of my turbo y7.

Yep, I just picked a quaife lsd, I got through this year with stock dif and stock axles, but I know it wasn't going to last long. And I'm going to be giving Earl a call soon too, benson time.

stage 3 ACT and 8.5 lb flywheel
so stock waterpump and oil pump are fine
is there avantage to run external waterpump. ?
with the diff hold as long as im not launching with slicks.
for the MSD ignition, what is recomended.

can you please help me i have a sohc runnin 8lbsi have a greddy kits and im runnin 310 injectors. my prob is that its running too rich and it throws a misfire in all cylinders. ive had the emanage re-programmed twice. any suggestions?anyone? this is so frustrating-2000 civic ex

Get real engine management like a hondata,uberdata or neptune and bring it to a real tuner and that problem will go away.
