ive searched and could not find a solid answer.

i am boosting a d16y8 from a 98 civic and i have a couple questions about the dsm injectors.

since the blue's are obd1 and single spray, and the blacks are obd2 and dual spray, should i be getting the black ones since my car is obd2a?

another thing is ive been hearing alot about running resistors for the injectors, early hondas wont need them but the later ones do, (or something like that)? will i need to use resistors for my civic?

yes you need resistors or more preferable is a resistor box or injector driver, it doesnt matter what injectors you use black or blue tops, just the black tops have a dual hole in the pintle cap, I dont think its any advantage. the blue and the black tops also both have the same connectors so obd should not play a role

will i still need the resistor box if i were to buy black tops? or is it just misinformation
