And here a couple of surprises I found.

First I decided. Why not clean the air filter right?

Oh **** What the hell???? I guess it was rubbing on my old A/C piping.




Then I was under the car when I turned to my left I saw this!



Here is a better picture after I took the wheel off.



Now just imagine the tire blowing off at over 60mph.

I have a habit of just kinda "hanging out" under the car whenever i 'm down there.. and it's actually led me to catch a few little glitches in the past like leaks and missing bolts etc..

I had that happen to a set of Sumitomo tires i had on my Legend. Tire blew causing me to smack a curb and mess my suspension up. We took the tire off at the body shop and saw the same type of cuts, they think it was something i ran over but i didnt remember hitting anything that couldve done it.

Thats why i like doing everything on my car myself. You catch things like that.

I like to stick my face right up to the fans, belts and gears. One day my shirt or hair is going to get caught up in there, watch.

If you need a replacement filter lemme know I have some, but they are big.
