Default smoke from valve cover breather hole..

my car was runnin fine the other day.. but my fan shroud ate a hole through one of my vacum lines then i boosted 14 by accident a couple times.. i fixed it back to five.. but now my car dosent start correctly.. and smoke comes out of my valve cover breather hole.. wat is wrong.. is it normal.. and when i drive smoke comes into my car but dosent smell like anything.. i checked to see if n e thing was burning nothing.. looked in my valve cover for water... none..

Sounds like you have excessive blow-by.
Maybe you burned your piston rings!
This happened to me with my D16Z6 turbo!
Did you do a compression test?

don't run the car until you do a compression test.. probably cyl #3 as in most cases]

smoke at high rpm is acceptable, why i don't run breather filter - it gets clogged up and restricts ventilation. smoke at idle or low rpm is a different story and a sign of worn out seals or worse.

fried pistion rings or cracked pistons, or broken ring lands. All cases are bad and not a easy fix. Happened on two sets of LS pistons i had, now i have a built motor so i dont have to worry.

i would not recommend driving because u could make it worse because u can damage the walls of the sleeves.

new pistons. If the other three are at 125 sounds like you broke all 4 good work

hehe i want a header for my turbo where can i get one?

i would get AAA then turn the turbo back to 14psi... and accidently
run up a couple of times....

fun stuff there..

then i would call a junk yard for another engine.. and before you put it in,
new pistons, oversizes bores, big connecting rods.. and at least have the head rebuilt so the valves dont leak... then i would run 14 psi all the time!!

even more fun!!

5 o 14 on accident... tee hee - tee hee
