Default SMIC still good with a T3/T04E 57 trim

Im kinda on a budget and wanna run stealthy. I was thinking about running a SMIC. its about about 1.5 inch inlet and outlet but im using 2.25 pipe from Turbo to IC and 2.5 pipe from IC to Intake manifold. Should i be boosting enough power as its suppose to?
