mine is in the same spot and i dont have any issues, you may need a slightly longer return, just make sure it all sloes down andyou will be ok.

Re: Slight complaint about the new Moroso RR pan. (Muckman)
I have this pan and I agree with the placement of the bung but I used a return line kit from flamenco-t and it was just the right length. I had more problems getting to the 3 bolts above the kickout.

Re: Slight complaint about the new Moroso RR pan. (N20civicB18)
i think the problem he is having is that the compressor housing needs to sit that way which sits directly in the way for any AN fitting to fit... This is the exact reason why i didnt get the moroso pan.

I have no problems with mine and see absolutely no reason why it would not work with any setup I know of.
Including yours Dr.Poo, whats the problem???

The problem is my compressor has to sit there, I can not clock it. All my charge pipes are done and I am not going to change them when I can simply weld another bung on the pan. Currently the silicone 90 is directly between the oil outlet and the bung, I would have to work around it with a bunch of AN fittings, which would be stupid.
I'm sure you could technically run the oil line to the back of the pan , if you really wanted to be a retard. Why not go directly under a typically place bseries turbo? It's dumb.

Maybe fitment issues with the baffling/spout?
I like the fact that that hole has a spout to help direct the oil downward. I would just leave it. Run the return behind the charge piping, kinda like an S. shouldnt hurt, lookes like your turbo is high enough

Oil temp sensor bung is on the other side by the drain plug.

ahh ok, so were they meaning to use this as an all around motorsports pan?
i had a Z10 and it leaked soooo bad, thats why i went back to stock, has anyone had any leaking issues?

This is WAY better then their aluminum pan! It actually holds 5 qts w/o blowing seals and it has trap doors and such unlike the aluminum pan.
Use a new gasket, hondabond in the appropriate spots, and tq per the helms!

To me it looks like your compressor housing was made to sit on the passenger side and thats why it is in the way of the return. I have the same pan and i have no issues and i have a full 3" DP and a GT30r snail

The turbo won't fit (no clearance to the block) with the compressor on the other side.
Maybe I should of stated that I've been using this setup for a year. My turbo position, downpipe, wastegate dump tube, and intercooler lines are all setup. I'm not reinventing the wheel here. All I suggested was that if the oil return bung was in the middle of the pan ie exactly below the typical positioning of a turbo on a bseries it would make a lot more sense. I'm sure if I was starting over and welding new pipes up I could make the oil return work but at this point it is IMPOSSIBLE trust me IMPOSSIBLE.
I'm not asking for people to try to tell me how to make it work. It can't. It doesn't even bug me that much. Welding in a new bung is pennies. I'm just trying to give people a heads up on a little problem I encountered so it can be avoided by others.
