Sleeving opinions and GE block guard experience request
I've been searching, but couldn't quite find what I was looking for.
I plan on building up an LS block this winter. I am currently considering sleeving by GE, but my goals are to be able to run a meager ~12-16 psi. So is sleeving overkill?
Has anyone used the blockguard? What numbers have you put down and whats your set up?

i've heard some good stories about 12-15psi with blockguard.
If it means anything, this winter I am putting in Rods, Pistons, and a blockguard and going to run 12psi on the street. 15 at the track. I will have good engine management with EGTs and Wideband tuning

with the lsblock, you will be fine on stock sleeves. My even think about skipping the blockguard.
but if you do decide to go with blockguard, sleeves, and pistons and rods...I can help you out with that. great turn around with the guy I use to sleeve my blocks
