Default slashcut tube placement

i read the post about this and i'm planning on doing something similar. i have one hole plugged (evac hole) from my stock pcv box (behind block) and the other is connected to my greddy catch can. the evac from catch can goes back into my manifold which i want to eliminate. i have a breather on the valve cover which i want to T into suction line to catch can. right now, i don't get any oil in the catch can. and i don't want to recirculate any of the blowby gases and other contaminents into my motor or doing the pre turbo slash cut (i don't like the idea of getting crap in my compressor or piping or ic). i'm going to remove and plug the hole for the stock pcv box and use the honda fittings. i'm thinking of doing the slashcut in the exhaust. i prefer to do it in the dump tube which i believe it said that it created about the same vaccuum as doing the pre turbo. but he still wasn't getting the 15psi. is this still very effective? i feel the best for my motor (sadly not for the environment... maybe i can figure out some kind of filtering in the evac) is to exit the gases and whatnot out my dumptube. should i do it in the dumptube or the exhaust??
