I'm doing a fullt built engine and turbo setup.
darton sleeves, 9.4:1, t62 turbo, P&P head.
I have stock b16a2 cams now, i can buy a skunk2 stage 1 <U> exhaust</U> cam is it worth it?

I wouldnt get those cams however i would change the cams.. it isn't necessary but the b16 cams are very mild and the weakest of the VTEC cams.. this also depends a lot on your power goals tho.. if you dont have extremely high goals then maybe you shouldnt bother changing your cams.. but to optimize your powerband, there are plenty of other options such as OEM GSR cams, ITR cams.. etc..
