Skunk2 or JG for GSR. Couldnt find **** in search.
I know its probably been covered before.
I know the JG is for 7000 + rpms. But I just bought a GSR to replace the LS for the time being and it needs an intake.
The motor has stock bottom end for now, head is outfitted with skunk2 valves, ferrea springs & retainers. So it'll take some high rev's.
What do you guys think? Anyone have dyno results between the 2 with the intake being the only part swapped out?

Re: (SuperTeg95)
if ya plan on keeping the gsr engine. i would definitly go JG, than you wouldnt be buying things twice. you would already have it. get a nice big tb to stick on there..and your in business.

Its all about where you want your peak torque. With the skunk2 it will be more in the midrange, allowing for a decent peak horsepower gain. With the JG will extend the torque to the highest rpm possible, therefore allowing for more peak horsepower than the skunk2. With your sc61 I would go with the JG, its going to create a peakier powerband than a standard t3/t4oe.
