Default Skunk2 chip w/ Turbo~ Injectors size

Quick Question(s)..

I should be receiving my turbo within the next few days and i am trying to get everything right.

I have a skunk2 chip (8700 rev lim) in my p28 currently, will it be okay to run that with turbo, i was told not to run a chip that advances your timing. Does anyone know if this chip does?

I also order 310 injectors along with it. Will they be big enough?

Its a B16A Sir2, with CTR cams, and skunk2 intake manifold. Drag 3 kit with upgrade wastegate and 310 injectors on the way. Fuel pressure regulator, and gsr fuel pump as well. And im probably going to spray the intercooler.

Any positive replys would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

yes the timing is advanced and no thats not good for turbo....

get hondata or aem ems

For a somewhat Temp. solution can i get a "Turbo Chip" off ebay or something like that? Im looking to run 6 or 7 psi.

Are the CTR cams a bad combination with Boost?

The ebay chips are a hit or miss...check out the "uberdata" post (the really really long one) for a better, more customizable solution for chipping & boosting. You ecu is already setup to accept the chip.

the cams will be fine...

i would personally say till you get hondata or aem ems

run stock ecu, no chip

I assume you are going to run an FMU with the 310cc injectors? (Is this what you meant by Fuel pressure regulator?) Also, I would wager to say that the GSR fuel pump is the same as your stock one (the injectors certainly are: 240cc).

Just to clarify, if you don't have an FMU and checkvalves/Missing Link, you can not run the stock ecu. In either case, this is not the best set-up, by far...the most economical solution would be to get 450cc injectors and have a suitable chip burned.

Sorry newbie here. Yes it will be fmu with missing link. Do you know where i can get a Quailty Turbo chip?

It's a complete Drag 3 kit, with upgraded wastegate, and 310 injectors.

apparently No one around where im from knows how to mess with Hondata. but i need to do something, the turbo should be here in two days.

if u can't get a hondata or find someone who can tune anything, get da "hack", get larger 440cc+ injectors and an apexi v-afc or s-afc, and you should be good to 10-12 psi. alot of people dont like the hack, but ****, it works and has worked for a lot of H-T members, do a search for "afc hack." and read up on it. might interest you and be the most cost effective.
