skunk 2 intake manifold power curve?
will the skunk 2 ITR intake manifold cause any loss of lowend power? or is the loss of low end not really noticable compared to the gain in top end..

this is from a dyno from this mag...GSR 95' N/A
loss of torque at 2k-3k rpms
big gain 10ft/lb from 3-4500rpms
loss of torque at VTEC then steadily gains peaking at 6500ish
straightens out til redline all gains
HP gains everywhere but vtec drop
i wish i had a scanner

Re: skunk 2 intake manifold power curve? (BoM)
on n/a, any torque lost can quickly be made up (and added power as well) by advancing the intake cam 1 degree on the cam gear. 6 cars with the Skunk2 mani I've tuned, every one picked up at least 7hp by advancing the intake cam at least 1 degree. Further results will vary depending on the setup. F/I I don't know, first hand anyway...

bump.
I'm interested in knowing too.. I always hear about how the skunk2 IM affects a N/A car, but not a boosted car.
