silicone vac. line vs. standard rubber
what would be the benefit of using silicone line for the boost controller vs the standard rubber stuff....i have a lot silicone line but i just used the rubber stuff instead...should i change it or it doesn't really matter.....also should one line of the boost controller be a smaller diameter than the other.....?

Re: silicone vac. line vs. standard rubber (uneekcrx)
I had to use silicon tubing for my wastegate connection becuase the rubber ones kept melting over the manifold. I use regular rubber for the rest.

Silicone will withstand a harsher environment(Less prone to cracking from heat etc). Not at strong as rubber hose usually though.

If you do use silicon make sure it isnt the thin walled ****. I had some thin walled stuff and when I was in vac the hose would collapse
