i have a h22 bored to 89 mm, running ~9.8:1 compression. .5mm full oversized ferria valvetrain. i am in the process of dropping it in right now.

i have a hondata, but its base map is set for way smaller injectors then what i have, so no way of it idleing. the guy then is going to tune it around here had a death in the family so he is not working for right now.

i also have my stock ecu/injectors. can i start it and let it idle to seat the rings, then maybe drive it on LIGHT load, till i can it to him to adjust?

its been 11 months, and im sick of waiting for my car, but i dont want to burn it up eathier.

what do ya'll think?

i wouldnt take the chance man . itll be more worth it to wait and know the car is safe and you can keep driving it rather thna driving it for a block and running into probs. . **** it might not even start depending ont he size of injectors./ i dunno for sure though

well, i know it wont w/the new injectors and hondata. i think i of it like this stock injectors/ecu, larger bore needs more fuel, slightly lower compression less fuel, p13 runs rich normally, so it SHOULD be ok.

i dont know, just want a few opions.

i should think it'll be okay.. put your old injectors in and your stock ECU - don't go boosting it, and drive it slowly, not going over 4000rpm - u should be okay.
