Should I change fuel management?
I have the ol' Skool HONDATA S100B, the question is: I am building a new motor and it will need a new tune. I already have the p28, should I get it chipped with neptune or is even the older hondata a more stable unit? I'm tempted to stay with it just because it hasn't failed me. But I would like some input from others.
Thanks in advance.
If you have a recomendation than back it up don't just say do "this"... Give me a reason.

Re: Should I change fuel management? (MotorMouth)
i go by the simple rule "if it aint broke dont fix it", also depends who's tuning the new motor.
IF there is a Neptune tuner in your area i would go and do it.
based on the fact that its great tuning.
dont know if that helps but just my input.
I have run hondata 200 and i was fine with it.
also speak to your tuner see what he prefers or your tuning it what do you prefer ?

Re: Should I change fuel management? (El_buster)
After this build I will probably go see the PGMFI master himself, And make an appointment at Evans Tuning. But its a good idea I'll inquire to his shop about their preferances.
Thanks

If you ask Evans, I bet he'll tell you to go with Neptune (assuming he thinks you need to upgrade at all).
