You need the LS gasket. Get OEM honda gasket. B16 gasket will leak. If your going ls/vtec, you will need the stepped dowels.

pretty sure you can use an oem gasket on 81.5mm.

False. Golden eagle sell their ls/vtec conversion kits with OEM b16 headgaskets. Also, i'm using an OEM b16 headgasket on my 81.5mm lsvtec currently.

The ls headgasket fits the block perfectly, the b16 gasket fits the head perfectly. Comparing both to head and block, I feel the b16 gasket is the better choice. You can get the b16 gasket cheaper from honda aswell.

However, an ls headgasket also works, thats what I was using before the teardown.
