Shipping or storing a turbo
Should any special precaustion be taken to "flush" the center of oil, so that it doesn't "cake" or sludge up, etc.
And while you're looking...
Is it safe to just cap off the coolant lines on a turbo, if it is supplied with oil, and maybe run on a turbo timer?
