Default which setup for daily driven low to mid 13's

ok heres the deal...im lookin to hit mid - low 13's DAILY driven in my SOHC eg coupe. i want good response...not instant...but around 3500 rpms or so...here r my choices...this is just a list for the kits...not engine work

Custom:

lovefab equal length mani.
t3/t04e .48 a/r 50 trim
tial 38mm WG
custom downpipe (2.5 or 3"?? dont care if i have to lose ac...i wan power)
greddy type 24 intercooler kit
hondata s200b
rc 550's
greddy type s bov
flamenco-t oil lines
vac hoses etc.

OR...

Apexi kit with apexi intercooler
hondata s200b
rc 550's

OR...

Custom Drag kit with t3/to4e .48 a/r 50 trim
hondata s200b
rc 550's

Yeah first setup is on the money as it will be able to make more power if you wish. 200whp and a reasonably light car will be good for low 13s traction been the main factor.
