search for the H22 Knock sensor
Any stand alone Managment H22 guy's willing to part with there unused knock sensor? Or any shop guy's just staring at one laying around? Need one for a 97 prelude.

they should all be the same...I wouldn't see why honda would make them all different...I know that the D and B series both share the same one

I would have thought so as well. They may be but the dealer parts guy does not think so. If anyone knows for sure please do tell.

d,b,and h series use the same knock sensor.

H series knock sensors are not the same as B series. I'll post pics later but the H knock sensor is larger. I'll measure the threads on both.

I'm pretty sure all H series KS are the same thread size. The only difference is that you'll need a bigger socket to get them off/on with. But the thread itself is the same for all H series, H23a1, H22a1, H22a4. And if you would have asked earlier, I coulda sold you the KS I bought for the H22a4, which I didn't really need!

You may be right. looks may be deceiving me but it just looks noticeably smaller. Maybe Im just seeing things. I'll pull the old one tomarrow and compare.
