SC61 H22a's
Whats up all, I'm thinking of purchasing an SC61 for my 87mm built h22. I did a search and found a few post, but I would like to see more dyno's and information from anyone running this setup. Whatever version of the SC61 and whatever setup you have, post up some results. I'm looking to make about 550whp. Let me see what you've got.

Re: SC61 H22a's (Drkaccrd)
they work good i had one on mine for a few months and ran 25lbs. with water injection and it pulled real well about 6500 to 8000.

Re: SC61 H22a's (RudeLude)
You should have no problem reaching your goal with that turbo. Here's a graph of my car with an SC61. This was at 26psi. Needs more injector.
Set up is as follows: H22a with GE sleeves 88mm wisecos 8.5:1 Pauter Rods GE intake mani 70mm STR TB stock jdm cams Shunk2 springs & retainers Supertech valves deshroud valves on head (otherwise stock) custom merge collector header 3" DP and exhuast SC6152e Precison 880's 600hp intercooler no cam gear adjustment http://tunedbylorange.com/544whph22.jpg http://tunedbylorange.com/newbannercop.jpg Hope this helps! there are no more h22a's running sc61's on here?

Re: SC61 H22a's (RudeLude)
Started with anSC61. Made 407 whp @ 14 lbs. Changed to a GT30 but later found that a boost creep problem I'd had wasn't related to the turbo. Currently @ 465 whp @ 16 psi. (usually run 11 psi)
I'm running race gas full time. 10:1 Arias, Crower rods, sleeved, JG head, GE int., Revhard ex., 70 mm TB, Pro Drive oil pump, GT 30 w .82 a/r, 3" ex sys., Hondata S300, MSD 6AL, Blitz sbc elect. boost controller, Tial 46 wg, 700 cc injectors. (installing Precision 950 cc soon as I get the time), Cooling mist alcohol/H2O injection. |
Re: SC61 H22a's (RudeLude)
I ran a t4 sc61 on my H23a and hit right at 500whp with it a few years ago. I've used the SC61 on a few h22a set-ups and they made well over 400whp with no problems.
If you are looking at 550whp I would go with the 6152sp if you are looking to stay with a t3 turbine. |

Re: SC61 H22a's (Boostfed.com)
He could run a gt42r and just kill everything https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif
Check out the dyno graph earlier... it made just shy of 550whp with the 6152. The s housing with a ported shroud would make a little bit more power with the .82. Anyways, like I said, there are probably 15 combinations you could go with. I still love you terry. |

Re: SC61 H22a's (Mr Wonderfull)
im torn right now between the sc61 and the gt35r (probably an .82 a/r). obviously there is a huge price difference, but right now cost is not really that big of a deal. id rather have the right turbo for my application/build than savings. obviously, if i can spend have as much and be just as satisfied, then im all for it. im not afraid or against spool, and ive seen the sc61 make big power.
...id like to figure this out. |
lol, im currently running a GT3563E, im so ditching it for a GT3582RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
so who ever wants to buy my GT3563E PM me... its got a coated exhaust side.. polished compressor side ;D |

Anyone running T3/t67's on their H22's? Any info regarding those setups and power output etc. list setups and specs for turbo etc.
