Default SC61 Drain Question and housing Q

I was admiring my sc61 today , and did a test fit for the oil drain (-10) and noticed that one of the housing bolts seems to be in the way a little. If you would like me to take pic let me know...it wouldn't be a problem. I also noticed that one of the bolts for the housing was loose, how do I justify how tight I should tighten it?

Thanks

that housing bolt is always in the way of the drain flange, you can remove it cause there is 5 more holding the housing cover on.

Can anyone else vouch for this?
