Default Saturated vs. peak/hold injectors?

Want some RC 440's for my 10lb. of JRSC boost on my gsr. Don't know the difference. I'm new to this, please help.

if its a 94+ gsr then you need saturated. Its just the type of injector. Peak and Hold injectors require a resistor box to run them. I have 460cc saturated injectors for sale if your interested.

thats what everyone says. Im actualy curious to know more about saturated vs. peak and hold. I dont want a simple explination. and if they are as simple as just different resistances then why are they different resistances on obd1 vs. obd2
