Default safest turbo kit

Would you say if I am running stock internals... Greddy is the safest turbo kit..
I need something that I can run on track all day without blowing up...
BTW, this is on a EG6 w/B18B, and this is not a drag race application

it's all in the driver and their capability of thinking and making a right decision..

all turbo kits give you the same risk, but different results in terms of power, but they can blow up your motor

What is the application? There was a big debate in the competition forum about using turbos for autox and road racing. I would tell you to search for it but search doesn't seem to be working.

aww!! Any turbo cars that runs perfectly on the street will have no problem running in any kind of track. Any kind of turbo setup will work fine.

I'll be doing some Solo II on the 14th with my current setup now. Freak!! Can't wait till I start. Hell, my current setup got me a trophy doing drag racing from a wednesday night fun drags and had a total of about 8 runs, all were redline shifting, and still pulled 225whp to the ground 3 months later.

I say go out there and have fun.

When I read the title of this thread this pops in my mind

Guns dont kill people, people kill people.

Now the transistion to the automotive market.

Turbos dont kill motors, people kill motors.

Meaning:

It all comes down to the tuning!

there were so many topics on different turbo kit preferences. its just a matter of opinion on what type of kit you want to run. alot of us on here have DRAG turbo kits and we're happy with them. other run revhard, greddy, fmax, or custom kits. greddy wont put out as much power as all the other kits, since its restrictive for smog purposes... but its a good kit to have. any turbo kit is a great to have. theres no "safe" turbo kit. depending on how you boost... and how you maintain your car after its turbo'd... will determine its safety factor. search... ask... but dont over-do it... and youll eventually figure out what you wanna do.

yeah, it's absolutely up to the owner to mantain the car/turbo and all.. but I just wondering, given the things I talked about.. stock internal (I would expect to run 8-9psi) would greddy be safer than other kit, as for myself, I am in the northeast region, so I dont have to worry about smog..

I know that greddy produce less power, and most of the stuff I saw on the forum is about how much you can do with a turbo kit.. but I just want a kit that's safe, almost like a stock turbo kit... without have to worry about over heat problem too much.. etc..

and for drag application it's much different with what I am looking, as most FI topic I saw is about drag race.. I may not have search enuf, but it's certainly good to know what kit are pple running, and their experience and all...

Forum is a discussion place.. not a library.. just my opinion.. the place that's solely for searching.. it's call Knowledge base, not forum

Damm you asked a question and you got everyone emotional... If you are not a safe driver and do not know crap about boost go with Greddy or F-max because of the extra fuel is already there. I know other kits come with fuel set ups but I had a Rev- hard kit and wanted to add some stuff like an air filter and more fuel... Thats my opinion now every one can roll me... please be gentle I just went and had a scope rammed in my ***** to check for gremlins....So no kicking in the *****..Thanks guys and gals
