Default running on a stock exhaust....

so i am going to turbo my 92 accord in a week or two, already have all the parts and just waiting on install and tune.

setup is:

jdm h22
t3/t4 50 trim
650 fuel injectors
and the rest of the turbo kit....you get it..

question is, because i am now broke like no other i can't buy an exhaust and am going to run my stock exhaust for about a month before upgrading. is this in any way harmful to the engine and about how much horsepower do you guys think i will gain when i do upgrade the exhaust. going to run 10psi.

what exhaust do you guys recommend, looking for something quiet, really quiet but still good on performance, i don't want the ricey tone a lot of exhausts have. something quiet below 4k rpms but loud at above 6k rpms, any suggestions?

and yes i know my f22 has a lower compression and is better for boosting but i got the whole deal for 4g's, couldn't pass it up. friend i know gets wholesale prices on everything he buys.

if you tuen your car with the stock exhaust, and then change the exhaust in a month, your going to have to retune it with the new exhaust. thats about $600's of tuning
