Running rich or lean? PLUGS?

Running rich or lean? PLUGS?
what iam i looking for when i take out my plugs? are there going to be deposits? color change? they are the stock plugs. My car has about 26,000 on a 2001 civic. And i have gone through 2 bottles. and i think its about time to change em out. so any help on what to look for whould be great.
