....

You haven't said anything to make me think you need a wideband to diagnose your problem. Care to elucidate on your problem, maybe we can advise?

oh. well i had put a walbro 255 hp in and its mad rich. i got a piece of **** b+m fpr and drilled a small hole in the stock fpr to get the fuel pressure down. i managed to get it down to 39psi and its still mad rich. i out new plugs in and idled for like 10 mins. and the plugs were coated black. im about to put smaller injs in so i can drive to jeff(boosted-hybrid) to get it tuned. i have a p-28 w/basemaps that run alittle rich. but im runnnin way to rich. only jeff (as far as the eastcoast) can tune this. 2000 civic y8 450 inj 255hp td04 19t,etc.

The super rich condition happened after the B&M FPR install?

I can tell you from personal experience that fuel maps change radically under boost based on compressor efficiency and turbine efficiency/AR, but the NA portion of the mappings stay more or less similar - enough to drive to a tuner on. What/who/why is your P28 basemap? I may have a buddy in Mechanicsburg, PA, I can impose on to burn another basemap for you, absolutely no promises on that as I can't speak for another man's free time, but I can ask.

If you avoid boosting, closed loop takes care of part throttle mixtures, or at least close enough to get you to Jeff's. Smaller injectors + your FPR will probably get you where you need to be. Too rich or too lean and the car simply won't go, as you found out running it too rich.

Play with it a minute, let me know if you need a map to limp on.

What program is on the chip? I mean Uberdata, Crome, Hondata etc...
Just D/L the program and make your own basemap.
If you just need a chip burnt of your basemap it should be pretty easy to get done (if you dont have aburner).

At least point... since your setup has been doing Odd Things(tm)... If money for towing is relly an issue... I'd say try everything in your power to get it driveable at partial throttle so you can make it to Jeff's... Swap injectors, play with FPR, switch fuel pumps if you have to... If you still can't seem to get it driveable... Tow it as a last resort...

hey james. well im working the next 4 days. the next thing im goin to do is swap the fuel pump. fpr already done. as u know i got it down to 39psi. which shouldnt give me problems, but it does. today i took the spark plug gap from .030 to .035 no diffference. i guess i can find some cheap prelude 310cc inj. but jeff wont be ready till the end of the month. since i cant borrow my dads truck i have to bum rides to work. hopefully i get some overtime so i can come up with some money. i sold the safc but wish i didnt so i could use it to cut fuel back.

Does he have any appointments before the end of the month? I may be able to set him up early so he can get you taken care of... Everything is in working order I was just waiting to demo it when he visits towards the end of the month...
