running 15psi daily, is it safe for my built z6
well i have a fully built d16z6
block:
9.1 compression pistons
scat rods
darton sleeves
cylinder head:
1 mm larger intake valves
polish swirl intake valves
crower valve springs
crower retainers
crower cams
port and polish head
port and polish intake manifold
rpm 68mm throttle body
aem cam gear
arp headstuds
stock headgasket
my current turbo set up:
equal length manifold
gt28rs .82ar
2.5inch ic piping
drag intercooler
750cc injectors
3in downpipe and exhaust
well to get to my point, i'd like to be running 14-15psi daily. would it be safe? i like to get on it sometimes, but running that high would it be much easier for me to blow a headgasket if ran daily? what should i look out for if im running that much for daily? or should i just stick with 10.

Your engine doesn't care what psi it's seeing. Cylinder pressures will determine if your headgasket fails. Too much pressure at the wrong time will take out a built motor, weather its 5 psi or 25 psi. Of all the things you mentioned, you forgot the most critical thing to determine your answer - engine management. You will max out the compressor on that turbocharger before you run into an unsafe power level with a proper tune.

engine management is not a problem. i will have it profressionally tuned with 750cc injectors adjustable fpr and hondata. it will be dyno tuned
