RPM gauge dropping to 1k after hitting 6k, Searched A LOT!!! PLease help!

RPM gauge dropping to 1k after hitting 6k, Searched A LOT!!! PLease help!
Hi there, please take time, I posted this on the integra forum with no resolution!
Ive been looking on all possible forum but cant find a resolution.
Everything was working fine before I start to put my turbo setup up. I noticed the problem on my first run after installer everything.
here is my setup:
-B18b1
-Turbo T3
-Front mount Intercooler
-injecteur blue top
-Blox manifold
-wastegate deltagate
-Manual boost controler
-pump a gaz walbro 255
-ligne d'Exhaust 3"
-Custom DOwn pipe de 2.5"
-High flow cat
-Muffler Magnaflow
-resistor Box pour injecteur low impedance
-Gauge Air/Fuel et Boost
-BOV de eagle Talon Tsi
-Ecu P06 chipper Hondata S100
- clutch Bully stage 1
- The car has been tuned at a professional Dyno shop ( problem was there before tune too)
Now here is the issue:
when I drive normaly there is no probleme at all, everything work perfect.
If I floor the gaz when I will hit 6000 Rpm the needle will go back to 1000 and bounce till a shift then its fine till 6000 again and again.
What I have tryed:
Open my dizzy: watched all connection, tithed then + adding Electric Grease,
looked all my ground and aded a wire to the frame from the one that is attached near the thermostat.
HELP ME PLEASE !!!!!
