RPM 76 mm Throttle body
I bought this a few weeks ago and did not noticed that there's suppose to be a fitting on top of the tb that is machined into. What I noticed is a hole for a fitting and it's in the box w/ other stuff that came w/ it. Here's some pix of what I"m talking about. Anyone w/ rpm 76mm tb, please post some pix of your tb. Thank you.

Re: RPM 76 mm Throttle body (V-SPEC 1)
thats where the map sensor goes you can either plug it and run external 3baror 5bar that most of us run or run the stock map in that location and dont connect anything to it.

its so you can run a GM style map sensor. Is the large hole in the middle tapped? If so just thread a 90 degree barb fitting in and hook up your map sensor(if its an aftermarket one) or use the stock one.
Hope this helps.
Damn ^^^ beaten to it.

The problem is, you see that hole in the bottom? there suppose to be a fitting that is machined into it and not suppose to fall off. Look at the picture in the middle where there's 2 fittings side by side. the fitting on the right I believe belongs in that hole. The person that sold me the TB said so. More likely it fell off or broke off due to shipping. The box was shipped on it's own and was not in a bigger box w/ enough protection.

No, the large hole in the middle is not tapped where I believe the stock sensor belongs to. There was someone on here posted thier 76mm tb and the fitting was machined on top of that hole.
Hope this helps.

Look at it very closely, your fitting is on top of thick aluminum piece and look at mine. And yours is 70mm. The 76 is totally different.

Is your hole there threaded at 1/8npt they have differnt one that range fom the aluminum like the one in the pic then they have ones mounted on the side but all in all it should be threaded for vaccum fitting if yours doesnt have that then something is wrong for sure.

Nope. The fitting I believe is epoxied to it.
