Default RevHard Stage 2 T3/T04E question(s).

ive been looking for a complete turbo kit that makes 6-8 psi, under $3000 shipped, makes over 100 hp, and reaches peak boost under 3k rpm; the kit mentioned in the title satisfies 3 of the 4 (i know a guy who can get them for $2700). my car is a 95 integra ls with an automatic tranny (you dont have to tell me how bad an auto is, CAUSE I HAVE ONE AND IM REMINDED OF ITS SUCKINESS EVERY DAY!) and its daily driven. theres another kit that satisfies 3 of the 4, but im stuck between the two; here are my 2 choices:

turbo specialities (TSI) extreme kit:
8 psi
$2500
80 hp
2500 rpm

revhard stage 2 kit:
7 psi
$2700
120 hp
4000 rpm

please dont tell me to swap out my tranny and swap in a manual (if i have extra cash in the future, i might do that) or to piece together a kit (im a stupid turbo newb). id like your input on the 2 kits, or if you know of another kit thats even slightly better than the 2 ive listed, tell me about it. i hope to hear from you fi fanatics.

Plz don't turbocharge your car, it will be a terrible experience for you. The 2700 you'll be spending on a kit will not cover the cost of installation (as you don't know what oyu're doing), will not cover dyno tuning, and will not cover your blown motor because you tried to save money and do this all yourself.

PS, if you want boost before 3000, only kit that will do that will probably be a greddy kit.

Try selling it and getting a manual.

automatic are for old folks...

I understand you have to try to budget but in all realism... you got to pay to play.

If I had that choise, Id go with the revhard. And just a word of advice, RESERCH! If you are unsure or dont feel confident about what you are doing, dont do it. I know you want to boost real bad, but this is somthing that needs to be done right or you may end up spending way more than you wanted to on a blown motor. we all were like you at one time but just a few short mounths( time flys when your looking at stuff you like on the net) reserching the net and this site will help you to understand turbos, your car, and how to make them work together with little or now problums.. hope this helps...

Sell your car add use money to buy another teg(5-speed)

Total spent hopefully $0

Then for a beginner kit, revhard is a great choice

The way i look at ity is eventually you will spend the $ on the swap, why not sel the car, buy a manual one and have a good platform to start. Just got to be patient to have succes in this game

I have a rev hard stage 2 kit on my car, made the numbers below after tuning (with afc = 440cc injectors, not the fuel solution that comes with the kit) Even while my car was automatic for a year it was definatly more fun to drive and I have had no real problems with it.

doesnt that equate into only like 215 crank hp? by revhards claims, you sould be making about 260hp/~220whp. whats up with that?
