Default Revhard S2 Kit: What ratio FMU?

Just wondering if the Vortech FMU that comes with the kit is 8-1, 10-1, or 12-1?

Will I have problems with the idle using stock injectors + supplie inline fuelpump?

12:1. I would replace the piump they send you because it sucks. Try using a bosch or NOS inline fuel pump. Those are the only pumps that I know of that can handle the high fuel pressures that the FMU creates.

Should I just buy an intank fuel pump then?

the kit says that you can use the stock injectors and it will idle fine and also maintain the power throughout the rpm band. I'm not too sure about the fmu, it shouldn't matter what ratio use use as long as you watch your a/f meter. Maybe there is a slight difference in each setup but not a drastic change in the fuel delivery. Tell me what you think about the revhard stage 2 kit. I'm going turbo this week. Also if you don't mind I would like to know the price you paid just for the kit so I won't get screwed. I got an estimate of $3300 just for the stage 2 kit without bov, turbo timer, boost contoller, and the necessary guages. I thought it was a little high but I know I'll be happy with the setup. Also I was wondering if you had any problems with the install.

Thanks for the help and I hope I can help you.

DO NOT USE INTANK unless you have stand alone. And it does matter what rise rate you use. If you are on stock ecu, stock injectors and no other fuel upgrades then you NEED to use the 12:1.

kulsvea, who ever is selling you that kit is trying to rip you off. If it were a true stage 2 kit it would come with BOV. Email Ben@importparts to get a good deal on the Rev-hard turbo kit.
