Rev Hard cracked Mani
I have a Rev Hard cast manifold for a b18c, the 3rd one in less than a year!!
The first one was drilled so poorly that not even the gaskets would fit, sent it back when the new one arrive 2 months later it cracked after a month, I put my car in storage for the winter and got that manifold replaced. A month after taking it out of storage this manifold developed a crack in the same place as the other one!!!
I have hondata dyno tuned only running 8psi on a T3/T4 with a turbo timer. Am I doing something wrong? This is total bullsh*t, I got a cast because they were supposed to be more reliable for daily drivers. I bet an Autochrome would have lasted me longer.
It has been less then a year since I initially purchased this manifold so Rev Hard will replace it for free (+shipping), but I suspect the replacement will only last about a month too. It's a total pain in the *** to keep changing this thing and shop bills add up fast. If I get a different manifold I'll have to have a new down pipe made. What should I do?
I give a big to Rev Hard and a word of warning to anyone thinking about buying something from them.

Re: Rev Hard cracked Mani (2000GSRT)
You say this one I wont have to change much on my setup? Just the dump tube.....

The lifetime guarantee looks appealing.
Is it possible for me to get my full money back from this waste of metal? I don't know the law but it sounds like the better business bureau might be able to help. Maybe I should get it replaced and sell it on ebay?

Yes they are good manifolds, i run one on my setup with no problems at all. If you are using a t3/t4 then this is the one you need though.

The Revhard cast iron manifold are supposed to have a 1 year warranty. If you can prove that you've had it on for less than a year than I would call them up and tell them your situation and would like a replacement. Then sell the POS on ebay.

Re: Rev Hard cracked Mani (808 DB8)
It's my daily driver with 40k miles on it, I'd like to keep the AC and all the luxury items since it's so new. If I wanted something insanely fast I would have bough an older cheaper car. Bought it when it had 10k on it.
And I just proved that it was less than a year old last month, I think I can do it again, hehe
I think that if I sell it on ebay I'll get maybe ~$200 if I'm lucky and I paid closer to $400 for it and since their product is crap I should be entitled to more like a refund. Maybe something similar to the lemon law applies? If I could get one that didn't crack I would be happy, but going on manifold #4 seems like they've already struck out.

Re: Rev Hard cracked Mani (PolyPill)
Any more advice? I'd like to try to avoid having rev hard cost me $800+ on a cat manifold because of their garbage
