Return Line Fitting for a Fuel Pressure Regulator, Aeromotive, Integra
Anyone know the exact earls fitting that I could use to go from my Aeromotive 13101 to the stock rubber hose?
I think its a straight barb fitting, but I dont know what the pipe size of fitting is to make it work with the FPR.
Here what I think the fitting would look like:

All ports are 3/8" NPT, with one inlet and three outlets around the main body and one return port on the bottom.
That came from Aeromotive's site.

I just went to the site and noticed that you looked at the 13301 rather than the 13101.
What size is the hose for the fuel return?

I run a -6 line down to the stock steel line which has been flared to accept a -4 fitting. A -4 to -6 AN adapter is used to connect the two lines. I will use this until I route a -6 return line all the way to the tank.
DISCLAIMER:This is a suggestion that should be used as a temp fix so I am not responsible for any problems that may arise from using this configuration.
Unless a -6 to barb adapter exist, the Ghetto method for you would be to run a -6 out of the FPR and then CLAMP the braided line to the stock line. I did this until I got the line flared but you need to use two hose clamps to ensure the hose doesn't slip off.

You can flare the stock hard return line to use an AN fitting. Or, I used a -6 to -4 adapter and ran a -4 super stock hose from the FPR to the hard return line.

Whats the internal diameter of the return line?
1/2 or 3/8?
I want to put a barb fititing and just connect the stock hose onto it...

Theoretically I could also go this route:
984008 1/2 3/8 Straight Hose Barb to Pipe Thread Adapters 5.87
991003 3/8 NPT 3/8 NPT Straight Female,Pipe Thread to Pipe Thread Adapter 5.11
981666 -6 3/8 Straight, Pipe Thread To A.N. Adapter 3.52
981506 -6 -6 Union-Male A.N. TO A.N. Adapter 2.21

991003 3/8 NPT 3/8 NPT Straight Female,Pipe Thread to Pipe Thread Adapter 5.11
981666 -6 3/8 Straight, Pipe Thread To A.N. Adapter 3.52
981506 -6 -6 Union-Male A.N. TO A.N. Adapter 2.21

-4 normally use 1/4" lines and -6 normally use 3/8" lines.
To use a barb fitting you will probably have to buy a -6 plug and then tap it for the correct npt to barb adapter since AN to barb adapters aren't dime a dozen.
Alternative mentioned by another member: use a -6 to -4 AN adapter and run a -4 line down to the stock hard line that is secured with normal hose clamps. That shold run you about $25.

around 1/4". What you need to do fr best results is,
Use a 3/8" to -6AN on the return port
Install a -6AN staright hose end on both ends of the hose
Cut your stock return line about an inch or so, insert a tube/nut then flare it
use -4AN to -6AN reducer to connect the flare to the -6AN on the other end of your hose assembly
or you can just clamp the -6AN line over the return hard line adn use a hose clamp. It will seal just as good and cheaper

I have used a -6 return line clamped on to the stock hard line from an FPR and it worked just fine. Like its being stated already, its cheaper this way and doesn't leak.

Re: Return Line Fitting for a Fuel Pressure Regulator, Aeromotive, Integra (2.2Lcivic)
I will be doing this on saturday...
Do I have to cut off the fitting on stock line or just shove the -6AN SS line over it with a few clamps?

Slip the line over the barb and then secure it with a clamp.
