Results from the GT4094R???
A few months back this seemed like it was going to be the next bandwagon turbo. I'm wondering if anybody has any results from it yet?
A comparison to the GT4088R would be great, but probably too much to ask for?
Trying to decide between a normal GT3582R and one of these for my Evo.
Thanks

I just picked mine up, I won't have any results for a few weeks.
What are your power goals? Going from the 3582 to the 4094 is quite a jump, would be better to know how much power, powerband, and any other factors you're after.

I have no goals. I figure I can dip well into the 10s on a GT35R. Then I can also take it to a road race and toss it around the corners. Probably even hit up an auto-X with it. I'm not looking to win any events, just to have a fun car.
Mostly I just want to know if these turbochargers are putting out the numbers the hype said that they would make.

No goals? How can you base a decision for what turbo you want to run off of that?
http://www.atpturbo.com, they have a dyno plot of Coleman's SFWD Del Sol with the 4094r, some people have confidence in it, some say expletive it and go right to the 4294 or 4202.

Re: (99_GS-T)
the gt35r is a great turbo for the evo but dont expect it to make power like a honda. the gt40 only makes around 600 on the stock motor. and honestly from what ive seen the power band and spool time on the 35r out weighs the peak numbers the 40rs make...which isnt much more..
the evo guys at the shop here are using what they call a gt37r which looks to me like a ball bearing t67 ho and have made 695 hp on very high boost but seem to be happy with that also ...
