Default replacing pistons and rods..what pistons are best for street relaiblity

sad but true haft to replace ring landings so I am getting forged pistons and rods. I have my mind set on the eagel rods, and I did a search on pistons, JE seems the way to go but I have heard they are hard on your block for a daily driven street car. Anyone used rollerwave pistons? What are the best for street and strip? And just a blockguard or new sleeves?

Yes go with JE pistons and 9,0,1 comp. you can run about 15 psi of boost on stock sleeves with the right fuel

What about arias?

I'm running them in my "sohc vtec" soon with 8.5:1 compression and a votech inline pump for the fmu (already intercooled).

Can I expect 10psi?

Arias is good also! There is some piston slap though, but nothing major.

im flipping the coin between the rollerwaves and the JEs too. I can get the rw's in the 9.5:1 compression, or close to it right.

yes you can. Just depends on the head configuration and block height.
