I use copper spray, seals perfectly.

Cooper will seal your gasket up nicely. I have used a used headgasket sprayed with copper spray and it seal up perfectly. Try doing that without copper spray, it might seal but you'll have a nice stream of oil seaping from the head/block surface.

How do you spray both sides... hold it midair and spray it with your hand there? If you set down the side you just sprayed... it sticks to the surface you put it on.

You can hang it from a coat hanger, or something similar.

I just used copper spray this past weekend. Works very well. I sprayed both sides. I had a nice copper colered thumbnail after wards.
I sprayed 3 coats evenly on both sides. It looks cool too when your done!

Doesn't the head/block/combustion chambers get hotter than both those numbers.... what does this mean?
