Removing ECU plugs from circuit board
I'm making my own obdI conversion harness, I have the ecu board out...but how do I remove the solder to get the plugs out....will a regular soldering iron work?

Re: Removing ECU plugs from circuit board (Trigun)
more info----- The desoldering tool is a soldering iron with a rubber bulb thing that sucks the solder up as it melts. The braid is a metal wick type stuff that absorbs the solder as you heat it with a regular iron. I would just grab the desoldering iron from radio shack, they're only like 10 or 15 bucks i think.
