I have searched and read just about every thread and i have checked for all of the common symptoms. I am very good at findin every problem but have no clue on this one.

Heres what happened got the car tuned on saturday, (95 Civic Coupe with LS Turbo) 253hp/229tq, tuned on Hondata.

I reburned the map on a new chip to disable the O2 heater becasue I am running a plx wideband and no longer want the CEL...I have no Cels and the car runs at like 12.8-12.1 at idle and runs great until the car hits boost then it feels like there is no power and the wideband shows like 10-11 and the boost will go up but the revs won and the car seems like its choking...stumped, anyone?

Fuel pressure set at around 52 psi at idle (it was tuned this way)
