REBUILT JRSC M45JR BLOWER
Here are the pics of my now rebuilt and improved Jackson Racing M45JR Blower back from http://www.TheHighSpeedLab.com who, by the way, worked a Sweet Miracle on this unit.
This was an Ebay purchase of a used JRSC for the 94-97 Integra LS B18b1 non-vtec. It was presented as nearly new and perfect working order.
That was the furthest from the Truth, it was beat to death after a long hard life and then pretty'd up for ebay. I won half the auction cost back via ebay's dispute process.
The rotors were badly scratched and the rotor housing was scored and in bad shape as well. The rotors needed replacment but were no longer available from magnussen/moss/magnacharger.
The High Speed Lab specializes in SuperCharger rebuilding and offers a Rotor Coating Service to refinish them.
They also did an optional Thermal Barrier Coating on the rotor housing, some specialized machining, and upgraded the snout seal to a viton seal.
Here are the results...

It was junk before, now "it should go another 100,000 mi."
I'm at about $2000 into the whole system now, but still need some random parts the clown from Ebay left out when I bought it.
More on this to come as it moves forward.

I'll be addressing the clearance issues first by installing my WillWood M/C and Rywire Booster Delete to clear the way for the pully.

Re: REBUILT JRSC M45JR BLOWER
ouch 2000 =(.
I got parts for the m45 if your interested let me know should have the manifold s tube etc let me know what you need. I can sell you pretty much a whole m45 jrsc supercharger with upper tension lower tension etc you'll need a new nose pulley unless you want to run my 3 in pulley which would be way to much boost.
I'm in east now too have a for sale thread in Nor cal for sale

We'll be attending the EF-vs-DA meet and a few others around this summer. I'm shooting you a PM now.
