This is really funny! You have to look! More FMIC issues
I am beginning to think Spark Racing hates me. This is the new intercooler they sent me in return! It did not happen during shipping. The box is fine and it was bouble wrapped and cardboarded! my luck sucks lol!

how much is that intercooler??? im willing to bet for just a little more you can get a precision, or a nice pwr or similar. honestly the ony thing good about spark racing is their prices, there products are kinda junky IMO.

Yup, one shitty product to the next! In all fairness it doesnt look like a bad piece of merchandise. I dont know, I didnt buy the kit from Spark I bought it from one of their retialers. So whoever on here is from Spark you might want to check into JTEC, Inc.

Probably was the parcel service. I shipped my block and when the recipient received it, the oil pan was cracked in half. I packed it pretty good too.

yup i agree. the company should be responsibile for shipping back and forth on a damanged product. it all depends on there RMA policy

Or you could put it in as a claim with the shipping carrier, and make them compensate for shipping.

I would put in a claim with UPS but I am an honest person and it DID NOT get damaged during shipping. At least not on its way to me anyway. It had cardboard around the core, bubble wrapped then shrink wrapped, and in a double thick box with wadded newspaper packing. I have to give them props on the packing!
