Default Re-drove this morning

Ok, i redrove the gsr this morning, i'm assuming the noise i'm hearing is just the turbo spooling up, b/c it doesn't come in until bout 2500, and steady winds up, but it still is not pulling boost, it comes up almost to boost on the boost gauge, around 3500, but doesn't get any higher. Also the hesitation is still there, only after 2500 when more than half throttle. I know its running rich, and plan to hook up my vafc tonite. Just need some advice on where to begin checking this stuff out, so i can have it out this weekend.

TIA
