So are you content with 500 or do you plan on figuring out the ignition break-up and shooting for more ? also what fuel was this on ? sorry for all the questions btw lol

Its on 110 octane, I think right now the customer is content. A few things should be upgraded if he wanted more power, we almost were maxing out the injectors but still had a little room to go, and the ignition should also be upgraded to m&w. The customer doesn't plan on racing it yet, and is probably the best bet because the trans is stock, all the money for now went into the engine. Its a good feeling knowing though we can push more out of it if we wanted to.

Its also on supertech springs, retainers and valves. The block is solid, not a drip of oil, catch can barely has any oil in it after two full dyno sessions.

If compression on all four cylinders is 190, your fine. That's not low at all, you're also just looking for close between each cylinder , 15%.

Car is making good power for the setup, shoot me a link to the other setup you're talking about I'm assuming it wasn't that similar.

So which Crank did you use, the LS or B20 Crank? Any micropolishing or special processes that you used?

The customer supplied us with a gsr block and crank so that is what we used, the crank was sent out to golden eagle and assembled down there.

agreed. would think at that level of boost it should be way higher. i made 522 on only 20psi. 81mm with a s362 turbo, still a nice setup tho. good job

He was pushing 30-32 , and his setup was a little different , and it was on a different dyno . The dyno our car was tuned on is a low reading dyno dynamics dyno. Yes those setups were making more but we know for what our setup is, and what our dyno is showing, we're very happy with the outcome. We're not all about dyno numbers though, we've seen a lot of cars come off the dyno we use, and run a hell of a lot quicker at the track then what the numbers would of led you to believe.

Also cubish's car has like 11.5:1 comp ratio or something like that.

That high of a comp does make a BIG difference correct?

i dont understand one thing.
my car made almost that on less boost and on pump mustand dyno.

gsr
block build

skunk2 valve spring retainers
here the difference iam using skunk2 tuner 2 for cams
hp 499 at 18 psi.

nice setup and good luck

Do you think the power band would have been a bit smoother if this had not been the case?

Also, is it safe to go by your prices on your website?

Oh and where and who is running that dyno?

Whats the bottom end consist of, after seeing how the ITR cams changed the setup ( compared to the b16 ) we would of made more power on less boost with a skunk2 cam . And again, everyone could compare dyno numbers, but each dyno is gonna read different.

Some read low, some read high, we know this dyno reads low for what it is, and we know what this thing is capable at the track, so all in all we're happy and the customer is happy.

I personally have the big brother (6765) and love what the turbo makes. On 17 psi we made 466 on pump gas, we could have went further but I am currently on stock sleeves and would like the car to last a little while lol.
