Rattling at idle after turbo installation....grrrr
Well, I just drove my car back from the shop that helped me put on this one stubborn cat converter spring bolt, and I thought that would stop the rattling, but it didn't. It used to only rattle at very low idle, but now, kind of rattles more through the rpms. So, after reading other threads I think I'm going to
a) take off the heat shield off
b) try to lower the exhaust hangers
c) put on some kind of rubber stopper
thanks in advance for any input

I dont know if this will help any but i had a similar rattle and after taking off all the heat shields it turned out to be in the cat itself. I think the vibration from my exhaust may have rattled the contents loose. I still have my warranty and im bringin the car in tommorrow so hopefully it will be fixed.
