Default Rad fan CFM questions

So I have been having overheating problems.
I have done:
t-stat
del sol dual core
distilled water + wetter
burped
washer trick
1200cfm slim fan puller (wired correctly and wired on with ignition)
The motor is built with arp head studs and ge head gasket.

So from what ive read its the IC that is killing the flow to my rad. I have also read that 4cyl engines need 1650 cfm of airflow to the rad.

So what I want to know is, if I were to add another 1200cfm fan to the front of the rad as a pusher would that close to double my total CFM?

Right now im at 1200 which isnt 1650 so by that logic I dont have enough cfm, + the heat from the turbo, 1200 isnt cutting it. The only flow from the outside that hits the rad has to go thru the IC.

The car only overheats really at highway speeds 70+ going up hill. Even with the heat on its not enough to keep the temp down goin up hill.

Comments?

i dont think it has to do with you fans, mine only switches on after driving for a while and then sitting still for about 10 minutes........if your driving 70mph youve got plenty of airflow coming through

check you coolant hoses for a clog or pinch
