what would u advice me to get. The reason im hesitant of going above 750cc is because i will need to add a fuuse box(correct me if im wrong)

Go to RC's website they have a formula to tell you what size you will need

i was running the rc 750cc's with a walabaro 255 fuel pump and at 15 psi of boost i was already at 98 percent duty cycle close to 400whp tho, that was stock fuel pressure tho, so with a FPR i am sure that you would be fine

DO NOT use over 80% of the injectors ability....the injectors will fail.....with that much HP and that much boost your motor will surely feel the rath of a failed injector (been there done that) i have 402whp and im running 1000cc....better to be safe than sorry

ok so if i go something like 880cc i should be good and does any1 have a diagram for the resistor box.

I wanna stay away from idle probs as i have my fair share of probs already

It depends if they are saturated or peak and hold. Saturated doesn't need a resistor box while peak and hold does.

you're supposed to. otherwise you run a risk of frying your ecu .

also the tune i believe is slihglty effected cuz the injectors operate on diffrent scales of voltage. its the resistance inside

i belive saturated injectors operate at low voltage and have a linear voltage range to open.

whereas peak and hold. the voltages needs to spike up to get the injector open ( think. momentum) then it trims down and holds steady.

get a high impedience injector and you wont need a resistor box.

if you have a low empiedence injector (DSM) you need a resistor box, if you run RC's you will not need a resistor box....if you already have a resistor box the injector company ( I know precision does) will give you the option of what ohm injector you want.....High impedience = no resistor box....Low impedience = resistor box

saturated injectors stop at 750. anything above that flow require a resistor box on an obd1 up car.

just get 1000cc injectors if you plan to go over 400whp
better safe than sorry
the biget saturated injectors are rc750's anything bigger than that are peak and hold and need a resistor box

with a static pressure of 60psi of fuel, 750cc's should support 500-510hp at 80% duty cylce.

With the static pressure of 43.5 (stock) you will need 900cc's to support 518-520hp at 80% duty cylce.

But remember your fuel pressure regulator is a 1:1 so you need to take that into effect. If your at base static pressure of 43.5 + 20psi of boost pressure, you should ruffly be at 60-63psi anyways.

Good Luck

if ive got an aeromotive fpr, then can i use the 750ccs. what would i need to increase the fuel pressure too?

It should still increase 1:1 with a positive pressure on the vacume line. (does the aeromotive have one? , cuz I have a B&M) If not, then when you tune it, Id set the base pressure at 60-65psi.

I'm running 55psi on my 1000's
