questions regarding LS/VTEC/TURBO - From guys who are running this only please
I just put my motor and turbo setup in the car last week. My questions to YOU GUYS RUNNING IT ( I need personal experineces not I think this would work). Is what plugs work best with this setup (and what gap)? Second question is how much oil pressure does it take to activate your vtec solenoid? Reason I am asking is because I don't hear it activating and it was set on my Zdyne to come on at 5400rpm. I Teed into the back of the block were the oil pressure sender is. I have a #4 line going to my turbo and a #6 line running to the head. Will the valve train still receive proper oil pressure there? Valve train is a bit noisey right now so I am going that adjust that tonight. I am running a first Gen B16A oil pump with this setup. The car has issues now that I am trying to sort through so I have not even considered giving her licks until I get her tunned properly. Last question I have is, what cam gear setting work best with a LS/VTEC motor with GSR cams and 9.75 to 1 comp, 750cc injectors, good fuel system, SC61 turbo, Zdyne ecu, Walbro255 pump, JG intake etc etc etc?

I ran a 7 series NGK plug gapped to .030 no problems there
I had a problem with 2 T's in my block. After I took a T and the factory oil pressure sensor out, I had that vtec growl again. Then it was way faster up top.

Let's see...I'm also using BKR7E11's...I think that's the correct name. They're gapped at .027. I'm using a oil distubution block with
-4 line to the head and -3 line going to the turbo.
Oh and I haven't messed with my cam gears yet.

From what I hear the stock cam gears are my best bet. I have not seen any threads where they have messed with cam gear settings with these applications.
So I am pretty much straight forward on the spark plugs and gap, but can someone tell me if that oil sending unit spot at the back of the motor is good to run both my oil feed line to the turbo and the oil feed line to the head using a T fitting? Lastly is 60psi the vtec activation spot for the solenoid?

I use -6 to the head and -3 with oil restrictor to the turbo. All this are coming off my Golden Eagle sandwich adapter.
